Common mistakes – will

Confused about your KET grammar revision? Let’s master ‘will’ together and boost not just your confidence, but your score.

We can use ‘will’ for things we decide now about the future.
– To make promises.
Don’t worry, I’ll be ready at 5 pm.
– To make offers.
If you like, I’ll meet you at the bus stop.
– To make predictions after think and hope.
I think he’ll like my new car.

But, for things we have already decided, we use going to.
“I’m going to stay overnight at Jane’s house.” (not “I’ll stay overnight…”)
